You’ll complete a brief intake form before your first visit. We save the in-depth questions for your evaluation, so you don’t spend time repeating what you wrote in your paperwork during your appointment.
During your first session, we’ll talk through your symptoms, wellness goals, and the obstacles you’re facing. Together, we’ll create a personalized treatment plan that feels right for you.
Our medication philosophy is conservative and collaborative. We prescribe thoughtfully, not aggressively, and always align with your comfort level.
We’ll explore whether underlying health factors—like vitamin deficiencies, thyroid issues, or other conditions—may be contributing to your symptoms. This helps us get a full picture of your health.
Wellness goes beyond medication. When helpful, we’ll connect you with trusted professionals—therapists, nutritionists, fitness instructors, and more—who can support your goals.
We’ll regularly track your progress, review lab results, and make adjustments to your treament plan as needed. Each follow-up is an opportunity to fine-tune your plan and celebrate growth.
